Yogurt Parfait

INGREDIENTS
4 cups - Greek yogurt, low fat
3 - Kiwis, thinly sliced
1 - Pomegranate
2 tb - Walnuts, chopped
1 tb - Chia seeds
1 tb - Honey
UTENSILS
Bowls, Dessert cups, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In 6 individual dessert cups, apply the following in even layers and in order starting from the bottom: yoghurt, kiwi and pomegranate seeds.
2. Sprinkle each cup with the chopped walnuts, chia seeds and drizzle with honey.
3. Let the yogurt mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to chill.
4. Serve.
