INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup - Spinach, raw
½ cup - Raspberries, frozen
⅓ cup - Blueberries, frozen
⅓ cup - Strawberries, frozen
1 cup - Low fat milk
½ cup - Greek yogurt, low fat, unsweetened
UTENSILS
Blender, Serving glasses, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into the serving glasses. Serve.
