Thai Omelette with Brown Rice

INGREDIENTS
½ cup - Brown rice, cooked
1 - Chicken egg, beaten
1 - Onion, chopped
1 - Red chili, finely chopped
¼ cup - Basil leaves
1 tsp - Vegetable oil
1 tsp - Oyster sauce
1 tsp - Soy sauce, reduced salt
UTENSILS
Non-stick Pan, Bowls, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the eggs, onion, chili, basil, oyster sauce, and soy sauce in a bowl.
2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat and add in the egg mixture. Use a spatula to spread the egg mixture evenly on the pan.
3. Let the egg mixture cook for 5 minutes until it is golden brown, then flip the egg over and allow the other side to cook for about 4 minutes.
4. Remove the dish from the stove and immediately serve it with brown rice.
