Sweet Potato Oats

This recipe may contain common and less common allergens, such as soy / dairy products / wheat / eggs / nuts / shellfish.

INGREDIENTS

50g - Sweet potato, chopped into cubes


200g - Oats, rolled


500ml - Low-fat milk


150ml - Water


600g - Pearled barley (soaked for 12 hours)

UTENSILS

Stove, Measuring Cup, Weighing Scale, Chopping board, Knives, Pot, Bowls, Spatula, Metal Spoon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bring the oats, water and milk to the boil in a pot using low heat.


2. Add the sweet potatoes and barley.


3. Simmer until the oats, sweet potatoes and barley are soft and cooked. The mixture should also have thickened.


4. Serve warm or chilled.
