Stir-Fried Prawns with Peas and Mushrooms served with Rice

INGREDIENTS
100g - Snow peas
150g - Shitake mushrooms, rehydrated
200g - Prawns, shelled and diced
4 cloves - Garlic, chopped
10g - Ginger, sliced
1 tb - Corn oil
1 tb - Abalone sauce
4 cups - Brown rice, cooked
50g - Almonds, dry roasted, crushed
UTENSILS
Rice Cooker, Chopping board, Knives, Pot, Sauté Pan, Bowls, Spatula, Metal Spoon
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blanch the mushrooms and peas in boiling water for 30 seconds respectively.
2. Heat the corn oil in the sauté pan and stir-fry the garlic and ginger till fragrant.
3. Add the mushrooms, peas and prawns to the same pan and stir-fry them. Mix in the abalone sauce.
4. Sprinkle the almonds over the dish.
5. Serve it with brown rice for a complete meal.
