INGREDIENTS
500g - Mushrooms, oyster, raw
250g - Mushrooms, beech mushrooms, raw
250g - Mushrooms, enoki, raw
1 - Medium, carrot, thinly sliced into 2-inch lengths
1 - Small, onion
2 - Garlic, cloves, minced
1 tb - Oil, sesame
1 dash - Salt, table
.4g - Pepper, black, ground
2 tsp - Seeds, sesame
15g - Chives, slice into 1 inch length
UTENSILS
Cooking pot, Wok, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blanch all the mushrooms in boiling water for 1 min. Drain and wash in running water. Drain and firmly squeeze out any excess water. Cut into bite-size pieces.
2. Heat the oil in a wok and add garlic and onion and sauté until it turns light brown.
3. Add the blanched mushrooms, season it with salt and pepper stir fry for 2 mins.
4. Toss in the carrots and sauté for another 2 mins.
5. Add the chives and sesame seeds, stir and turn off the heat. Serve.
