Spiced Apple and Muesli Bars

INGREDIENTS
2 - Banana
2 - Apples, cored and finely chopped, but not peeled
175g - Rolled oats
150ml - Apple juice
40g - Raisins
40g - Mixed seeds (sunflower and pumpkin seeds)
¼ tsp - Cinnamon
UTENSILS
Oven, Baking tray, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl.
2. Add the apples, oats, apple juice, raisins, mixed seeds and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix well.
3. Oil a baking tray. Spread the mixture to a depth of 2cm. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Allow to cool. Cut into 8 portions and serve.
