Pear Salad with Soy Yogurt Dressing

INGREDIENTS
4 pcs - Small, pear, unpeeled, cored and cubed
4 cups - Arugula
½ cup - Nuts, walnuts, coarsely chopped
¼ cup - Cheese, feta, crumbled
60g - Silk plain soy yoghurt
1 tb - Lemon juice
2 tb - Oil, olive, extra virgin
1 dash - Salt, table
1 pinch - Pepper, black, ground
UTENSILS
Mixing bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. For the dressing, whisk soy yoghurt, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.
2. Combine pears, feta cheese, arugula, and walnut in a large bowl.
3. Add the dressing and toss to coat evenly. Serve.
