45g - Rolled oats, plain and raw
250ml - Soy milk, reduced fat
30g - Ginkgo nuts
90ml - Water
UTENSILS
Stove, Weighing Scale, Measuring Cups, Pot, Ladle and Serving Dish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a pot, add water, rolled oats and gingko nuts and bring to a boil. Stir this
mixture and allow it to simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add in soy milk and continue to stir the mixture for 3 minutes. Remove the pot from the stove.
3. Serve this hot or chilled.
