No Bake Almond Butter Oat Squares

INGREDIENTS
⅔ cup - Almond butter
6 tb - Red bean paste
3 cups - Rolled oats
60g - Raisins, seedless
UTENSILS
Saucepan, Baking tray, Parchment paper, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dry toast the rolled oats in a saucepan on medium heat until slightly golden brown.
2. In a pan, melt the almond butter and mix in the red bean paste. Stir well.
3. Turn off the heat and mix in the raisins, red bean paste mixture and toasted oats.
4. Transfer the mixture to a flat tray lined with parchment paper and freeze until firm then serve.
