INGREDIENTS

4 cups - Brown rice, cooked, from instant


3 cups - Water


600g - Natto


30g - Spring onions or scallions, finely chopped


60g - "Furikake" (Seasoning mix for rice, containing dried seaweed, sesame seeds, dried fish and dried egg)

UTENSILS

Microwave, Chopping board, Knife

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Reheat the instant brown rice according to the packaging instructions.


2. Scoop one cup of cooked rice into a serving bowl.


3. Add the natto on top.


4. Sprinkle about 2 tsp of furikake seasoning on top of the natto.


5. Finally, garnish it with sliced fresh scallions on top and serve.
