INGREDIENTS
Mulit-grain bread, toasted - 2 slice regular (48g)
Sardines, canned in spring water - 90g
Cucumber - sliced - 30g
Tomato - sliced - 30g
Lettuce - chopped - 30g
Red chilli - 0.5 chilli (5g)
Lime juice - freshly squeezed - 1 tb (21g)
UTENSILS
Toaster, Weighing Scale, Measuring Spoons, Chopping Board, Knives, Bowls, Spatula, Butter Knife and Serving Dish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Lightly toast the multi-grain bread using a toaster.
2. In a bowl, mash the sardines into smaller chunks.
3. Add in chilli and lime juice, mixing them well.
4. Spread the sardine mixture evenly onto one side of the bread. Then lay the vegetables in between the two slices of bread.
5. Cut the sandwich into half and serve.
