Mixed vegetable pasta with chicken

INGREDIENTS
300g - Whole-wheat pasta, cooked
200g - Chicken breast, lean, raw, sliced
1 tsp - Olive oil
2 cloves - Garlic, raw, crushed
2 cups - Broccoli, raw, cut into florets
100g - Baby asparagus spears
1 large - Carrot, raw, shredded
200g - Cherry tomatoes, raw, halved
1 cup - Spinach, raw, shredded
¼ cup - Basil, fresh, chopped
¼ tsp - Chili powder
½ tsp - Black pepper powder
UTENSILS
Non-stick pan, Mixing bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large pan, heat up the cooking oil.
2. Sauté the garlic for 2 minutes.
3. Add the chicken slices, broccoli florets and asparagus spears. Sauté for 5 minutes.
4. Add the carrot, tomatoes and spinach.
5. Sauté until the spinach begins to wilt.
6. Remove the pan from the heat.
7. Add basil leaves, chili powder, salt, pepper and cooked pasta to the pan. Toss well.
8. Serve hot.
