INGREDIENTS
6 pcs - Dates pitted
3 cups - Water
4 ½ pcs - Lemon (4 pcs juiced, ½ pc cut into 6 wedge)
10g - Loosely packed mint leaves
1 ¼ cup - ice cubes
4 tbsp - Chia Seed
UTENSILS
Measuring cups and spoons, blender, pitcher with lid, and drinking glass.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a blender, mix the lemon juice, dates and mint leaves. Blend until the mint is liquefied and the ingredients are combined.
2. Transfer to a pitcher, add water, chia seed, ice cubes, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 20 mins.
3. Serve in a drinking glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
