INGREDIENTS
12 slices - Multigrain bread
200g - Raw tomatoes, cubed, brushed with olive oil
½ - Green capsicum, thinly sliced
1 tb - Olive oil
12 slices - Mozzarella cheese slices, Reduced fat
UTENSILS
Oven, Chopping Board, Knives, Metal Spoon, Brush
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Slice the tomatoes into cubes and brush them with olive oil.
3. Arrange the bread slices on top of a baking tray.
Cover each bread slice with a layer of tomato cubes and capsicum slices.
4. Lay a slice of cheese on top of each piece of bread.
5. Place the tray into the oven and bake for approximately 5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
6. Serve.
