Golden Gazpacho

INGREDIENTS
6 cups - Cherry tomatoes, yellow
2 tb - Cider vinegar
2 tb - Olive oil, extra virgin
¼ tsp - Turmeric, ground
¼ tsp - Curry powder
¼ tsp - Salt
½ cup - Cold water
2 tb - Chives, fresh, finely minced
1 - Red capsicum, fresh, seeded, ribs removed, minced
¼ tsp - Black pepper, ground
UTENSILS
Blender, Sieve, Bowl, Whisk, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the tomatoes, cider vinegar, olive oil, turmeric, curry powder, salt and water in a blender. Purée until smooth.
2. Strain the soup through a fine sieve into a medium bowl, pushing it through in circular motions with the back of a ladle. Discard the pulp.
3. Chill the soup in the refrigerator for about an hour.
4. Serve the soup with minced chives, red bell peppers and black pepper.
