INGREDIENTS
200g - Pork, minced
50g - Glass noodles, dried
2 - Shallots, raw, sliced
2 - Tomatoes, raw, sliced
1 - Onion, raw, sliced
5 - Green chilies, raw
¼ cup - Celery leaves, raw
1 tsp - Palm sugar, finely chopped
5 tsp - Lime juice, raw
1 tsp - Soy sauce
½ tsp - Fish sauce
4 cups - Water

Pots, Bowl, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a pot, add 2 cups of water. Bring the water to a boil. Add minced pork and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In another pot, add 2 cups of water. Bring the water to a boil. Add the glass noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Wash the glass noodles with cold water. Drain and set aside.
3. Mix the shallots, tomatoes, onion, chilies, celery leaves, palm sugar, lime juice, soy sauce and fish sauce in a bowl. Stir to mix well.
4. Add the pork and noodles to the bowl. Toss to mix well.
5. Serve the salad with fresh cucumber.
