Ginger Sweet Corn Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup - Rice, cooked
½ cup - Red bell pepper, diced
½ cup - Green bell pepper, diced
½ cup - Yellow bell pepper, diced
1 - Red onion, sliced
¼ cup - Carrot, cubed
⅔ cup - Sweet corn
½ tb - Ginger, minced
½ tb - Soy sauce
1 tb - Vegetable oil
¼ tsp - Salt
¼ tsp - Black pepper
4 tb - Dhania, chopped
UTENSILS
Pot, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion, bell peppers, ginger and carrot. Sauté for 5 minutes.
2. Add the cooked rice, sweet corn, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Toss to mix well.
3. Garnish with the dhania. Serve.
