INGREDIENTS
8 - Garlic, cloves
1 - Small, onion
2 tb - Ginger, fresh
100g - Shrimp, fresh
5 cup - Rice, brown, preboiled
1 tsp - Spices, turmeric, ground
5 tsp - Curry powder
1 cup - Coriander (cilantro) leaves
1 tb - Shrimp paste
1 tsp - Spices, chili powder
70g - Pineapple, canned in pineapple juice, drained
2 tb - Oil, canola
UTENSILS
Wok, Chopping board, Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the oil in a wok. Sauté the garlic, onions and ginger until it turns golden brown.
2. Add the turmeric powder, curry powder and shrimp paste and sauté for 1-2 mins.
3. Add the peeled shrimp and sauté it until it turns white.
4. Add the cooked brown rice and cilantro. Stir fry for 2 mins.
5. Add the pineapple chunks on top to garnish. Serve hot.
