INGREDIENTS
4 pcs - Rolls, hamburger or hot dog, whole wheat
180g (45g/pc) - Sausage, chicken or turkey, Italian style, lower sodium
8 leaves - Kale, raw
½ pc - Small avocado, raw
50g - Yogurt, Greek, plain, non-fat
½ tsp - Wasabi, paste
1 tb - Lime juice, raw
1 pinch - Salt, sea
UTENSILS
Non-stick grill pan, Blender, Bowl with cover
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the avocado, Greek yoghurt, wasabi paste, lime juice and sea salt in a blender. Blend until smooth and transfer in a bowl. Cover and set aside.
2. Heat the non-stick grill pan over medium heat. Add the chicken sausage. Grill, turning occasionally until cooked, about 10-15 mins. Set aside.
3. On the same grill pan, grill the hotdog buns for 1 minute, cut side down.
4. Arrange the kale leaf on the hotdog buns then, put the sausage on top.
5. Drizzle with avocado wasabi dressing and serve.
