Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
240g - Silk plain soy yogurt
½ cup - Coconut, fresh, young or immature, water or juice
1 cup - Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened, unthawed
1 cup - Avocados, cubed
½ tsp - Vanilla extract
1 tb - Syrups, maple
120g - Ice cubes
1 ½ tsp - Dry chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until creamy and smooth.
2. Pour into a drinking glass, sprinkle with 1/2 a tsp of chia seeds on top and serve.
