Berries and Kale Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 cup (loosely packed) - Kale, raw
½ cup - Raspberries, frozen, unsweetened, unthawed
½ cup - Blackberries, frozen, unsweetened, unthawed
½ cup - Milk, almond
2 tb - Cereals, oats, regular and quick, dry
1 tb - Sugar, maple
240g - Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Serve in a drinking glass.
