INGREDIENTS

1 cup - Pineapple, chunks, raw


1 cup - Pear, brown, unpeeled, cubed


1 cup - Raspberries, fresh


1 cup - Grapes, other, green, halved


1 cup - Coconut, flesh, mature, shredded


⅓ cup - Nuts, almonds, roasted, with skin, unsalted, coarsely chopped


200g - Yogurt, Greek, plain, non-fat

UTENSILS

Chopping board, Knife, Large Bowl

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine evenly.


2. Best to refrigerate the mixture before serving.
