No Cook Raspberry Oats

Fruit knife, chopping board, container with lid
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Place the rolled oats and chia seeds into the container.
2.
Add the low-fat milk and vanilla essence to the oats and chia seeds. Stir well.
3.
Seal the container and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
4.
The next morning, wash and dry the raspberries.
5.
Remove the container of oats from the refrigerator and remove the lid. Stir well with a spoon until the mixture is well incorporated.
6.
Spoon the oats into individual bowls.
7.
Add the raspberries on top of the oats. Drizzle the honey over the fruit. Serve.
